Description

The Mouton Cadets Reserve series was introduced in the mid-1990s. Each wine would bear the name of a distinct appellation, indicating a step up in quality from mouton cadet itself, which has the broad AC Bordeaux designation. The range takes advantage of Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s broad collaboration plan, in which technical supervisors collaborate closely with growers to ensure the highest quality grapes are produced. The Baron Philippes team vinifies the grapes at the Saint Laurent Madoc winery in Bordeaux.
